We are seeking a knowledgeable Software Sales Specialist to support our sales team and drive growth in our software offerings.

Position Overview

The Software Sales Specialist is responsible for selling software solutions that enhance document management, security, workflow automation, and business productivity. This role works closely with Sales Executives and Account Managers to identify software opportunities, conduct demonstrations, and close software-driven deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close software sales opportunities within new and existing accounts.
  • Support Account Executives and Outside Sales Representatives in software-focused sales engagements.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client workflows and business challenges.
  • Deliver software demonstrations and solution presentations.
  • Recommend appropriate software solutions, integrations, and licensing models.
  • Assist in developing proposals, pricing, and contracts for software solutions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in the CRM system.
  • Stay current on software offerings, updates, and competitive technologies.
  • Collaborate with service and implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B software or technology sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, document management, workflow automation, or security solutions preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience working in a team-based sales environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
