Position Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales organization, driving revenue growth, and developing a high-performing sales team. This role oversees daily sales operations, implements strategic sales initiatives, and ensures consistent execution of Sissines’ sales process while maintaining a strong customer-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor Outside Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Participate in key prospect meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Establish clear sales processes, expectations, and accountability standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Ensure CRM usage and data accuracy across the sales team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and long sales cycles.
  • Experience in office technology, B2B services, or related industries preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on sales leadership.
