We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to help grow our customer base and expand existing relationships.

Position Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering consultative technology solutions. This role manages the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—while maintaining a strong focus on customer success and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, presentations, proposals, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend customized office technology solutions.
  • Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Stay current on product offerings, market trends, and competitive solutions.
  • Represent Sissines professionally in client meetings and community or networking events.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and close new business.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling technology, office equipment, or business services preferred.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience using CRM platforms preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
