We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Executive to grow and manage client relationships.

Position Overview

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for developing new business while managing and expanding existing client accounts. This role focuses on consultative selling, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored technology solutions that support long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts.
  • Conduct needs assessments and present customized office technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with service, operations, and leadership teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Experience in office technology, managed services, or business solutions preferred.
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a goal-driven, performance-based environment.
  • Experience using CRM platforms preferred.
