We are seeking an experienced MSP Sales Specialist to drive growth within our managed services portfolio.

Position Overview

The MSP Sales Specialist is responsible for selling managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, and ongoing support agreements. This role works alongside Sales Executives and Account Managers to identify managed services opportunities, educate clients on IT best practices, and close recurring-revenue agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close managed services and cybersecurity sales opportunities.
  • Support Account Executives and Outside Sales Representatives in MSP-focused engagements.
  • Conduct IT assessments and discovery conversations to understand client environments.
  • Present managed services offerings, service levels, and recurring support models.
  • Educate clients on cybersecurity risks, compliance, and proactive IT management.
  • Develop proposals, pricing, and service agreements for MSP solutions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical, service, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth implementations.
  • Stay current on IT trends, cybersecurity threats, and managed services offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B technology or MSP sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and networking concepts.
  • Proven success selling recurring-revenue services.
  • Excellent consultative selling and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
