Position Overview

The Major Account Sales Executive is responsible for managing, expanding, and retaining Sissines’ largest and most strategic customer accounts. This role focuses on consultative, relationship-driven selling, long-term account growth, and delivering customized solutions that align with each client’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned major and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional products and services.
  • Conduct business reviews, needs assessments, and solution presentations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with service, operations, and leadership teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and contract renewals.
  • Forecast account growth and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitive offerings.
  • Represent Sissines professionally in client meetings, events, and strategic discussions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on major or enterprise accounts.
  • Proven success managing long sales cycles and complex client relationships.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in office technology, managed services, or business solutions preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and account planning tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
