Field Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately troubleshoot issues at the customer location and make necessary repairs to the device
  2. Maintain an accurate inventory car stock
  3. Maintain a neat and professional appearance with proper grooming habits
  4. Ability to train on various models and manufacturer of equipment
  5. Clear communication to coworkers
  6. Critical thinker and management with team
  7. Process reports and management documentation to upper management in a timely matter
  8. Maintain a clean driving record · Manage a company vehicle and keep clean and in good working order. · 
  9. Must be able to use all resources available to assist in troubleshooting issues. · 
  10. Accurately follow the protocols set within the company.
